Remote Travel Claims Consultants Temporary Surge Positions Available

About the RoleWe are partnering with a leading travel insurance organisation committed to supporting travellers worldwide. To meet growing demand, we’re seeking skilled Remote Travel Claims Consultants to manage travel insurance claims and provide outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a national portfolio of travel claims, ensuring efficient processing.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing timely, accurate, and exceptional service.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  • Offer clear updates and guidance to clients throughout the claims process.
What We’re Looking For
  • Current RG146 Accreditation (essential).
  • Valid National Police Check (essential).
  • High-level customer service experience, ideally within a claims environment.
  • Insurance industry knowledge or background is highly desirable.
  • Strong multitasking ability and comfort in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Confidence using multiple systems and software.
Candidates will need to supply their own equipment that meet the following requirements
  • A device that meets the minimum requirements of 16gb of Ram, 128gb hard drive
  • Workstation based within Australia, that is in a quiet space
