Job description

Join an ASX-listed company in Melbourne, driving critical IT projects in their resource portfolio.
The Role:
  • Plan and execute Project Information Management (PIM) across key projects.
  • Manage Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) rollout.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Information Management Plan and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with PIM standards and efficient document control.
  • Address IT issues for PIM systems and tools.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
We are looking for an enthusiastic all-rounder who enjoys taking initiative and really likes to be part of a team and a growing organisation. You have exceptional organisational skills and enjoy multi-tasking and solving problems.

Furthermore, you will have:
  • Previous experience in a document control position within the engineering sector
  • Use of document management systems e.g - Aconex and SharePoint or similar systems
  • Contractor and vendor management experience
  • Understanding of industry best practices and quality standards
  • Exposure to project and change management principles surrounding asset lifecycle
  • Demonstrated analytical, evaluation, problem-solving and reporting experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
  • A team player with exceptional organisation skills.
