Are you an engineering professional with a passion for project management and a knack for technical problem-solving?
Main Functions
- Data Accuracy and Compliance: Review industry policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Engineering Design Evaluations: Perform design evaluations, ensuring projects are completed within budget and scheduling constraints.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze production, malfunction, and maintenance reports to identify and address issues.
- Technical Support: Provide essential technical support throughout the engineering process.
- Guideline Adherence: Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions under immediate supervision.
- Project Management Backup: Serve as backup for the Project Manager as required.
- Participate in Invitation to Tender (ITT) development, bid evaluation, and contractor selection.
- Assist in identifying and sourcing long lead equipment, supporting FEED contractors until equipment assignment.
- Coordinate the development of EMCAPS Gate 3 deliverables and oversee the creation of the Functional Interaction Plan.
- Manage the project issues resolution process, handle change requests, and endorse change authorization.
- Serve as the interface between the Project Team and Contractors, ensuring smooth transitions between project stages.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in an engineering field.
- Demonstrated experience in engineering, construction, and project management.
- Extensive knowledge of design standards, specifications, and work processes.
- Strong leadership, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organisational, coordination, and planning skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite of software programs.
