Job Title: Project Change Advisor (L5)
Contract Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Hourly Rate: $50 - $60 per hour + Super
Location: Perth, WA

DFP Recruitment Services is seeking a highly skilled Project Change Advisor for a six-month contract working with our major State Government client. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on major infrastructure projects, providing critical support in change management and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development, implementation, and coordination of change management processes across various major infrastructure projects.
  • Provide advice and input to project teams to ensure that change is effectively identified and reported.
  • Assist in the design and delivery of training programs related to change management.
  • Proactively investigate and report on issues and potential risks that could impact project success.
  • Maintain change management databases and support the ongoing assessment of change management processes.
  • Ensure consistency in change approvals and governance across projects.
  • Provide specialist advice on project management issues, particularly in time and cost management.
  • Undertake research and prepare project-specific reports as required.
Key Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in project and change management within large infrastructure projects.
  • Strong grasp of Excel with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of industry-standard project management frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work constructively in a team environment and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Demonstrated conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
About the Role: This role will be pivotal in assisting with the design, delivery, and maintenance of change management processes within a major infrastructure delivery office. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams and support the Project Change Coordinator to manage a backlog of activities.
