DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Product owner to join our Federal Government Client team.
Role Responsibilities
- Support the Business Systems Manager and Digital Business Manager to deliver the Phase 4 Enhancement Project and liaise with both users and managers
- Maintenance and prioritisation of the product backlog.
- Coordination and facilitation of user acceptance testing for the product.
- Support the delivery of product development from start to finish, including operational implementation.
- Support the Product Owner as the primary contact between the product development teams and stakeholders, working to ensure all stakeholders are aligned at each stage of the development lifecycle.
Skills
- Demonstrated experience as an Associate or Supporting Product Owner supporting the delivery of IT enhancement projects, including a working understanding of Agile methodologies and human centred design principles.
- Experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
- Experience in delivery or use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and associated Microsoft tools.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, including well developed negotiation and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Background, training or certification in product management, Professional Scrum Product Owner, certified SAFe Product Owner or similar will be highly regarded.
