Job Title: Personal Assistant to Director Corporate Services
Employer: DFP Recruitment Client
Position Type: Approx 2 month Casual Temporary Contract
Pay Rate: $55 per hour + Super
Location: Mundijong, WA 6123
Role Overview: This role provides administrative support to the Corporate Director and Corporate Performance Manager, handling meeting agendas, minutes, scheduling, and correspondence. It requires maintaining confidentiality, attention to detail, and working independently, along with assisting with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities;
  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate Director and Corporate Performance Manager.
  • Prepare and manage agendas, minutes, and documentation for all council meetings.
  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and communication on behalf of senior management.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks with a strong focus on detail.
  • Operate with a high level of initiative, working independently with limited supervision.
  • Support the team in any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Essential to be successful in this role:  
  • Highly developed secretarial and administrative skills.
  • Previous Local Government experience
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Secretary
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing Agendas and Minutes
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced computer operation skills with demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, use initiative and be well organised.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Current “C” class drivers licence.
  • Current valid NPC or ability to obtain one
