About the Role
- Process membership applications, cancellations, and cover changes with speed and accuracy.
- Address member inquiries, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Provide call centre support by taking calls from members as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and meet deadlines.
- Maintain compliance and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Proven experience in customer service, incorporating administrative tasks (desirable).
- The ability to identify and solve complex problems with a solutions-focused mindset.
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to assess information and determine suitable solutions.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Experience in call centre work, including assisting members over the phone.
- Previous experience in Private Health Insurance (PHI) or claims processing (highly regarded).
