Job description

Job Title: ITSM Process Coordinator/Service Now Analyst
Employer: DFP Recruitment client
Position Type: 4 month Casual Temporary Contract
Pay Rate: Competitive
Location: East Perth, WA 6004
Role Overview: Manage IT Change, Configuration, Event, and Release processes, enhance service management tools, collaborate for improvements, ensure compliance, and provide team training.

Key Responsibilities;
  • Assist in the operational management of IT Change, Configuration, Event, and Release Management processes.
  • Develop enhancements to the service management toolset.
  • Deliver enhancements to the service management toolset.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Implement changes to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with IT service management best practices.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of IT service management processes.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on ITSM processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT service management practices
 
 
Essential to be successful in this role:  
  • Current valid NPC or ability to obtain oneExperience of operational project based work
  • Ability to learn new knowledge and skills in development of servicenow solutions
  • Experience of working within IT Service Management (ITIL based) processes, using Servicenow toolset
