Job Title: IT Project Manager
Employer: DFP Recruitment Client
Employment Type: 1 month Full Time Casual Temporary Contract
Location: Cockburn, Western Australia, 6164
Pay Rate: $80 per hour + Super
*This is an on-site role. Applicants must be based in Perth, Western Australia
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversees day-to-day activities across the initiative assigned, managing resources and ensuring seamless coordination of project-related activities.
• Clearly conveying information to team members and stakeholders.
• Prepares and distributes reports, including project status updates, briefing notes, meeting agendas, and minutes, while responding to information requests.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring effective communication and alignment with project requirements.
• Monitors project progress by identifying risks, assumptions, and issues, capturing decisions, and coordinating with all stakeholders to mitigate risk.
• Planning and controlling project budgets in conjunction with employer.
• Develops Agile project plans, schedules, and timelines, utilising appropriate methods and tools to plan, monitor, and deliver projects efficiently, ensuring deliverables meet required standards.
Essential Requirements:
• Guiding the team towards project goals.
• Experience in email migrations to Microsoft Exchange online
• Minimum of five years’ experience managing ICT projects.
• Proficient in Agile delivery with use of Azure DevOps to manage tasks linked to Microsoft Project Server.
• Proven experience in managing relationships with vendors/consultants, IT teams and internal stakeholders.
• Current valid NPC or ability to obtain one
