You'll work alongside internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering communication and collaboration to resolve cases and provide outstanding service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Investigating and resolving unresolved complaints and disputes.
- Ensuring all complaints are accurately documented and processed.
- Partnering with our IDR Leader to continually improve complaint management processes.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
- Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory obligations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance claims or complaint resolution OR legislative/ regulatory environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
- Self-leadership, time management, and strong administrative skills.
- Base salary between $85k - $100k + super + incentives
- Full-time business hours * No weekends or evenings!
- 5 days WFH per fortnight following training
