Job description

Our state government client is seeking numerous Information Officer(s) for immediate start in their East Perth office.  
  
Rate: $36.94 per hour plus Super  
Start: ASAP  
Duration: Until 05/01/2024 with a possibility of an extension  
Location: East Perth  
Type: Temporary casual contract (no leave entitlements – casual loading included in rate)  
  
Duties include:  
Records Customer Delivery Services – includes reception desk, mail (incoming and outgoing) floor clearances, document scanning & quality control, classification & indexing, file creation & maintenance, file census (barcode audits), search requests, invoice processing.  
Records Retention & Disposal Services – includes onsite and offsite retention and disposal processing, offsite archiving, file reservations (bring-ups) and legacy records processing.  
Library Services – shelving, scanning, metadata linking support and weeding  
Road Planning Referral Services – planning applications, development applications, sub-divisions.  
Trim Technical Support Services – system administration, access and security, help desk, minor testing and data migration.  
  
REQUIREMENTS  
Previous experience in an information management, document control or records management position  
TRIM experience highly regarded  
System administration experience highly regarded  
  
Other Requirements  
Full working rights within Australia  
Current clean National Police Clearance (dated within 3 months)  
Current driver’s licence
