Position Type: 3 month Full Time (38 hours) Casual Temporary Contract
Pay Rate: $44 per hour + Super

- Prepare engaging job adverts to attract top talent.
- Support selection panels by managing candidates and producing selection reports.
- Write job descriptions and create establishment reports.
- Manage job postings on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Has previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administration.
- Possesses excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Communicates effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- Is comfortable using LinkedIn or willing to learn.
- Has a proactive attitude and a passion for learning and professional growth.
- Current valid NPC or ability to obtain one
