Our client is seeking a motivated Human Resources Advisor to join the Corporate team in a 6 month fixed term contract in Mulgrave, Victoria.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager Human Resources, this role supports the talent acquisition efforts and provides vital HR administrative support. You'll play a key part in attracting top talent, onboarding new team members, and maintaining HR processes that align with the organisations commitment to safety, honesty, accountability, and performance.

What You'll Do:

Talent Acquisition
: Collaborate with managers, post job ads, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews to find the best fit for the organisation
Onboarding Excellence: Facilitate smooth transitions for new hires, including IT setups, induction scheduling and  performance meetings
HR Administration: Manage the employee referral program, service awards, and compliance training, while ensuring our records and reports are always up-to-date.
Support HR Projects: Partner with HR team members on initiatives that enhance organisational growth and development.

To be succesful for this contract you will bring:


Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or Administration (desirable).
Experience: Demonstrated background in HR or administrative roles, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes. (Previous experience within Energy Power Supply will be highly advantageous however not neccesary)
Skills: Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
