Role Overview:
As the Administration Facilities Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth operations of our Leongatha site. This position involves a blend of administrative and site management tasks, ensuring everything runs efficiently.     • Flag Management
    • Closing/Locking Up
    • Event Setup
    • Cleaning & Maintenance
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Scheduling
    • Invoice Processing
    • Reception Duties
    • Booking Management
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an administrative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) – training provided on office management software
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with keen attention to detail
  • Relevant qualifications in office administration or a related field
