The Role
The Finance Officer will support the Customer Financial Services team in delivering high-quality services to customers of this NSW Government body.
Working independently you will handle high-volume, complex finance transactions for customers, including paying bills, transacting on investments and securing income on their behalf. You will also be responsible for providing guidance, and support to internal departments.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Experience in a high-volume customer service environment within the financial services industry.
- Experience in payment processing, accounting or financial services (superannuation, investment, retail banking or insurance).
- Experience completing financial processes and reporting.
- Previous experience working for a government department would be advantageous.
