Identity Management Data Engineer
 
  • 12-month contract with possible extension
  • ACT Location based hybrid working arrangements.
 
DFP Recruitment is seeking experienced Identity Management Data Engineer to join our Federal Government Client team. As the Identity Management Data Engineer, you will work
under the broad direction of senior staff to deliver quality outcomes. In this technical leadership role, the Identity Management Data Engineer will drive innovation, enhance reporting
capabilities, and effectively organise work within the context of competing priorities and strategic direction. You will exercise a considerable degree of independence, with decision-making
substantially dependent on your high-level judgement and consideration of wider departmental implications.

 
Role responsibilities
  • Extraction of large and complex data sets from Agency Identity Management System.
  • Creation of custom reports for agency and our shared agencies using requirements from business owners.
  • Monitoring and development of regular reporting for use internally and externally.
  • Manage the administration and operation of the database or reporting.
  • Share knowledge and expertise as the subject matter expert and provide assistance and mentor-ship to colleagues.
 
Primary Technologies required for role include:

Power BI, Apache Directory Studio
 
Mandatory Criteria
  • Sound technical knowledge and experience with Power BI.
  • The ability to build and maintain complex Power BI reports based on large data sets.
Weighted Criteria
  • Sound technical knowledge and experience with Power BI.
  • The ability to build and maintain complex Power BI reports based on large data sets.
  • Knowledge and experience with Identity Management Systems and methodology.
  • Knowledge and experience with Apache Directory Studio or similar.
