Multiple inbound customer service opportunities with a leading Australian health insurance provider. Utilise your contact centre experience. Flexibility to work from home post training

 Our client is a leading Australian Health Insurance provider, offering opportunities for experienced customer service professionals to join their growing team!

 You will manage inbound enquiries from existing members, providing exceptional service, and matching the products that suit their needs best. Comprehensive training program is provided onsite in Melbourne prior to moving to remote.

 What we are looking for:
  • Previous customer service experience in a phone-based environment.
  • An interest in health and passion for helping customers.
  • Self-motivation and enjoy working towards team KPI’s.
  • Ability to commit to a flexible rotating roster 8:30am – 8pm Monday to Friday – NO WEEKENDS
  • Proficiency with navigating multiple systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred candidates will be required to successfully pass background checks (including police checks, reference checks)
