The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Consultant to provide exceptional service and support to a diverse customer base. In this role, you will assist customers with retail and transactional banking inquiries, resolve issues with empathy and professionalism, and identify opportunities to introduce financial products and services that meet their needs.
This full-time position offers a rotating roster with a hybrid work model, providing a great balance between office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to meet everyday banking needs via phone and email.
  • Process inbound transactions efficiently, following banking policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce financial products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Operate with an understanding of relevant banking legislation and compliance requirements.
About You
We are looking for candidates with:
  • Full, permanent working rights in Australia.
  • Previous experience in a structured contact centre environment (preferred).
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Confidence in building relationships with customers.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and perform under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and computer proficiency.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to follow up on customer queries.
  • An interest in developing a long-term career in banking.
