Our client, a global freight forwarding organization is looking for an experienced client services consultant to join their team at the Port of Brisbane. This is a permanent hybrid opportunity to use your existing skills and expand your knowledge. About the role
Reporting to the Client Services Supervisor, your role will include the following:
- Efficient communication with all clients
- Provide logistics solutions
- Create, confirm and send orders
- Ad hoc quoting, invoicing queries and escalations
- Attend new business implementation meetings to facilitate client onboarding, setups and introductions
- Travel may be required locally and interstate on an ad hoc basis
About you
You will be an experienced freight forwarding consultant with the following skills:
- Minimum 1 year experience in freight forwarding
- Exceptional customer service experience (over the phone and face to face)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively
