Assistant Property Manager
Are you an organised and proactive professional with experience in property or facilities management? We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to oversee property maintenance and compliance under a facilities maintenance contract.
About the Role
As the Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating subcontracted trades and cleaning services, ensuring high property standards, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves both administrative and operational tasks, including invoicing, reporting, and ensuring maintenance work is completed on time and in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Property Management – Oversee scheduled and reactive maintenance, ensuring timely completion and high-quality standards.
- Client Coordination – Act as the main point of contact, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
- Administration & Reporting – Manage invoicing, maintain records, and provide detailed reports for client review.
- Compliance & Safety – Ensure all work aligns with OH&S regulations, the Residential Tenancy Code, and privacy requirements.
- Performance Monitoring – Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain service excellence.
- Experience in property management, facilities management, or a related field.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of OH&S legislation and tenancy regulations is a plus.
- Office-based with site visits as needed.
- Some after-hours coordination may be required for urgent maintenance tasks.
