Job description

  • EL1 - $602.55 per day + super
 
APS6 Strategic Change Project Support Officer
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare change impact and business readiness assessments.
  • Develop transition plans to BAU (Business as Usual) with guidance.
  • Contribute to change management planning and strategy.
  • Prepare and analyze change documentation, presentations, and data.
  • Manage diverse project tasks and stakeholder engagement.
  • Build internal relationships across the Agency.
  • Lead and support special projects and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Coordinate accurate and timely reporting adhering to Agency standards.
 
EL1 Change Lead
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in defining future state vision and aligning stakeholder experiences.
  • Coordinate engagement of program leaders in change initiatives.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and quality deliverables to team members.
  • Manage stakeholder segments reflecting audience characteristics.
  • Advise on effective change channels and strategies.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate change management plans.
  • Track adoption of changes and drive improvements in approach.
  • Support strategies for prioritizing and delivering changes aligned with vision.
 About You
  • Leadership: Ability to provide effective leadership at EL1 level.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration.
  • Project Management: Capability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
  • Influence and Negotiation: Skills to influence and negotiate outcomes.
  • Change Management Background: Experience in change management highly desirable.
