- APS5 - $55.24 per hour + super
- APS6 - $60.26 per hour + super
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and analysing data for internal and external communications
- Maintaining process documentation and ensuring alignment with legislation and policy
- Contributing to workforce planning data collation and audits
- Applying innovation initiatives to improve service quality and efficiency
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in organization and time management
- Experience in disability, health, or aged care sectors (preferred)
- Case management experience is desirable
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing staff responsible for business administration support
- Providing accurate advice and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies
- Coordinating data analysis and drafting high-level communications
- Collecting and auditing workforce planning and capacity data
- Previous case management experience or education
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Team leadership experience with the ability to achieve high-level targets
- Relevant experience within the health sector or working with people with disabilities
