Job description

12-month initial Labour Hire contract with the opportunity to extend. APS4 level position paying an hourly rate of $43.82 + Superannuation, to be based out of Richmond or Geelong.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Performing basic research, analysis and manipulation of data to enable accurate reporting and assist in the development, collation and dissemination of regular reports.
  • Providing support and guidance in maintaining the branch's staff life cycle, including recruitment, on-boarding, training and maintain staffing data across multiple formats.
  • Assisting with collation and audits of workforce planning data, reporting on staff lifecycle and confirming against financial, systems and people performance data, surveys and asset management.
  • Managing and organising emails, appointments and travel arrangements for the branch, responding to changing priorities and timeframes.
  • Providing business administration and operational support to the branch across the staff lifecycle and knowledge, performance and financial management portfolios.
  • Assisting in the delivery of projects under the direction of higher classification levels.
