Job description
On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency, we are looking for APS4 Administrators/ Assurance Planning Team Officers to join the reform and transition team. The positions will provide operational and administrative support within the service delivery area. You will have a public contact role with participant meetings being held virtually.
There a multiple opportunities available based in Brisbane CBD, with Work From Home available for up to 3 days per week following training. These are 12 month assignments and will be paying $43.82 per hour plus super.
Duties will include:
· Collection and assessment of key planning decisions in accordance with the relevant legislation
· Maintain high quality records and adhere to process guidelines and operating procedures
· Research and review decisions and manage moderately complex cases
· Organising the team inbox, scheduling appointments
· Engagement with internal and external stakeholders
· Administration tasks and data entry
To be considered for this role you will demonstrate;
· Strong administration skills within a regulated/ legislative environment
· Ability to work to and meet key performance indicators
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide information and advice to a range of stakeholders
· Data analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
· Competency with IT systems
· Experience working in a Disability, Service Delivery or Government setting
As this role sits within the Federal Government, applicants are required to hold Australian Citizenship.
Positions are full time business hours - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4pm.
