The Opportunity

On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency, we are looking for APS4 Assurance Review Officer to join the reform and transition team. The positions will provide operational and administrative support within the service delivery area. You will have a public contact and may be required to communicate with and provide advice to a range of internal and external stakeholders. 

There are multiple opportunities available in their Richmond Office. This is a 12-month assignment and will be paying $43.82 per hour plus super.  

Responsibilities include:
  • Collection and assessment of key planning decisions in accordance with the relevant legislation 
  • Maintain high quality records and adhere to process guidelines and operating procedures 
  • Conduct research, review decisions, and manage moderately complex cases.
  • Organise the team inbox and schedule appointments.
  • Engagement with internal and external stakeholders  
  • Perform administrative tasks and data entry
To be considered for this role you will demonstrate;  
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide information and advice to a range of stakeholders 
  • Data analytical skills with excellent attention to detail  
  • Strong IT skills and navigating computer databases
  • Experience working in a Disability sector would be advantageous
