Key Responsibilities:
- Case Administration: Manage case files, perform data entry, photocopying, filing, and meeting administration. Handle records management and archiving.
- Witness Coordination: Draft subpoenas, coordinate witness logistics, including travel arrangements.
- Case Preparation: Prepare materials, lodge documents, conduct basic research, and manage video conferencing setups.
- Case Liaison: Work closely with Federal Prosecutors, external agencies, courts, and counsel.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- Communication: Provide timely and accurate advice, adapting your communication style as needed.
- Problem Solving: Identify and escalate issues to senior staff when necessary.
- Professional Development: Engage in learning and development activities as required.
Requirements:
- Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
- Willingness to undergo a Baseline Security Clearance.
- Full-time availability (Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm).
- Ability to use trolleys and suitcases for deliveries, collections, and court filings within the CBD.
