Our Federal Government client provides support, services and information to a range of customers. In the role of Client Support Officer, you will provide phone-based and administrative assistance to provide the delivery of services.

- answering telephone queries
- checking eligibility
- processing requests
- preparing written correspondence and updating systems
- liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required
About You:
- Call centre experience ideally within Government sector
- Processing of invoices
- Effective communication
- Initiative
- Problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Result oriented
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
In return you will receive:
- Contract to commence February 2025 for an initial 12 month period
