Our Projects Team, partner with key federal government clients to deliver a range of large-scale recruitment projects, including Graduate Recruitment Projects and government assessments. As our Administrator you’ll be tasked with administering, communicating and scheduling candidate interviews and assessments, managing workflows, and running reports effectively. Your previous experience ensuring timely management of high volume administration will ensure your success in this role. We are seeking an applicant who has thrived in a deadline driven administrative role, managing customer requests and high volumes of data accurately, efficiently and to a high standard.

What you will bring to the role;
- Experience in a fast-paced, high volume administrative role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of proficiency with Word, Excel and IT applications in general
- Previous expeirence using CRM systems or similar
- Management of candidate/customer enquiries and problem resolution
- Capacity to demonstrate strong attention to detail
- The ability to think and react quickly within tight timelines
