DFP Perth are seeking an Administration officer to engage in a temporary contract for 2-3 months with our State Government client based in Perth
Start Date: October 2024
Location: Perth
Hours per week: 37.5 hours per week
Salary Range: 30-35p/h +super
As the Administration Officer you will support the securities and conveyancing branch for our client
Position Responsibilities:
Reading contracts for the purchase of land and dwelling
Preparing Landgate documents such as transfers of land and mortgages
Preparing settlement statements
Maintaining records on activities and transactions.
Key skills required:
Experience in performing administrative functions
Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Good customer service skills.
Ability to prioritise and coordinate activities and meet deadlines
Experience in the use of computerised systems including database, spreadsheet and word processing software
Experience in property settlements (preferred but not essential)
