The Position
The ideal candidate will be self-driven individual with outstanding customer service and time management abilities. You will have exceptional accuracy and numeracy skills, along with the capability to perform administrative tasks efficiently and precisely. 
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

·         Accounts and data processing

·         Administration of the corporate card system

·         Manage sundry debtors and track outstanding accounts

·         Provide exception customer service to internal and external stakeholders as well as the general public

·         Data entry for various teams including journals, petty cash and accounts payable invoices

·         Attend to enquiries

About You:

·         Excellent data processing including high attention to detail

·         Demonstrated experience of accounts processes including accounts payable and process

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Can work to deadlines and self-motivated with excellent time management

·         Ability to work in a team environment being a collaborative and contributing team player

·         Competent and confident with the Microsoft software suite

·         Prior experience in a similar role advantageous
