Job Title: Project Manager
Employer: DFP Recruitment Client – State Government
Position Type: 3 Months Full time Casual Temporary Contract (ASAP START)
Pay Rate: $70 – 82 per hour + Super
Location: Perth, WA 6000
Key Responsibilities;
• Development and implementation of project, risk and stakeholder management tools, frameworks and documentation including high quality project implementation plans, communication and engagement plans, data management and evaluation plans, status reports, controls registers and continuity plans to ensure the effective delivery of project outputs.
• Coordinating, managing, monitoring and reporting on projects and programs of work including development and presentation of accurate project and financial reports to working parties, steering committees and other relevant stakeholders.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate the planning and delivery of quality projects including use of effective engagement methods to support consultation and negotiation.
• Innovation and problem solving to facilitate the delivery of projects within defined timeframes and budgets.
Essential to be successful in the role;
• Demonstrated skills and experience in project management of large, complex, multi-disciplinary projects and/or programs to deliver outputs and outcomes within defined timeframes and budget.
• Possession of an appropriate Project Management qualification (i.e. Foundation level MSP, PRINCE2 or PMP, RegPM, etc.)
• Ability to develop detailed project management plans, frameworks, and documents to support effective project delivery.
• Highly developed research, conceptual, analytical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage detailed project plans and deliver project objectives within agreed timeframes.
• Demonstrated communication and stakeholder engagement skills including negotiation skills, facilitation skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels to achieve quality outcomes.
