Job Title: PRIS Project Manager
Employer: DFP Recruitment Client
Employment Type: 3 month Full Time Casual Temporary Contract
Location: Joondalup, Western Australia
Pay Rate: $90 (per hour) + Super
*This is an on-site role. Applicants must be based in Perth, Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a project plan for the clients implementation of PRIS
• Establish project board and governance
• Schedule and conduct regular meetings for project team and stakeholders
• Engage with Subject Matter Experts and facilitators of project tasks
• Coordinate executive / committee engagement and endorsement of key principles
• Coordinate the change management communications and promotion with the Senior Change Manager
• Maintain cohesion between various stakeholders within the organisation
• Facilitate the business engagement with effective planning and communication
• Identification of solutions to potential impacts to project deliverables
• Reporting of progress to project sponsor/s and accountable authorities
Essential Requirements:
• Knowledge of the WA Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing PRIS legislation
• Knowledge of the Western Australian Information Classification Policy
• Data Governance experience and/or understanding of concepts
• Information Management experience relating to information identification, security, access and sharing
• Data Classification and security controls understanding
• Knowledge of technology systems and access permissions
• Knowledge of secure handling of information protocols
• Management of complex projects in a large organisation
• Excellent time management skills adhering to strict timeframes
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate implementation of plan
• Policy development and promotion
• Current valid NPC or ability to obtain one
