Position Overview:
- Location: Perth CBD
- Type: Temporary casual contract
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (20 hours per week)
- Rate: $47.61 per hour + Super
- Duration: Initial 2–3 month contract with potential for extension or long-term opportunities
- Act as the on-site liaison for the Property team, overseeing contractor attendance for routine and ad hoc maintenance, cleaning, and other building services.
- Coordinate and respond to facility-related queries, providing prompt first-level support.
- Provide front-of-house customer service support to staff, contractors, and site visitors, both face-to-face and via phone.
- Raise and track work orders, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Monitor building security, manage access protocols, and uphold site safety.
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation of all facilities-related activity.
- Previous experience in a facilities, property, housing management, or administrative support role is highly regarded.
- Comfortable working independently and acting as the on-site point of contact.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn other systems quickly.
- A commitment to confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Full working rights in Australia
- Immediate availability
