About the Role:
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Design & Drafting Advisor to join our client’s engineering team based in Leederville initially for 12 months. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our client’s Assets Acquisition Process by providing complex CAD drafting services and offering technical expertise for wastewater and water engineering projects.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our client’s Assets Acquisition Process by providing complex CAD drafting services and offering technical expertise for wastewater and water engineering projects.
What the Role Involves:
- Preparing complex design drawings and calculations for wastewater and water engineering projects.
- Liaising with external stakeholders to obtain, analyse, and calculate data for capital works program design drawings.
- Presenting designs and concept designs in a 3D visualization environment to project stakeholders.
- Ensuring all drawings comply with Corporation drafting and drawing management standards.
- Managing project workflows to meet milestones and budgets.
- Providing technical assistance to engineers and project managers.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Qualification in engineering, drafting, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in infrastructure design and drafting services, including drafting, illustration, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Autodesk drawing packages, including AutoCAD 3D, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Navisworks.
- Knowledge of engineering software applications, mapping, and drawing management systems.
- Ability to collaborate with teams and deliver accurate, high-quality work in a timely manner.
