- Multiple opportunities in Wollongong
- ASAP Start – Initial Short Contract to assist with an expected increase in call numbers due to Cyclone Alfred
- $33.50 - $35.86 per hour + super
These positions will be for a month initially but could be extended depending on the severity of the event and impact to the community.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Provide high quality service as the first point of contact for support and claims enquires.
- Receiving inbound calls, obtaining necessary information and utilising generalist knowledge to assist customers in a courteous, accurate and efficient manner.
- Undertake administrative work as required to support the provision of high quality service delivery.
- Create a positive relationship in all customer interactions across all interaction channels, maintaining a professionally courteous and friendly manner.
- Proven experience in a call centre environment would be advantageous.
- Strong customer service and communication skills along with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience dealing with emotional and challenging calls would be desirable.
- Intermediate computer skills required – Typing, Using mouse and multiple monitor, Strong email etiquette
- Specific software will be taught however applicants need to be technically savvy and have the ability to pick up systems quickly
