Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to manage end-to-end claims processing in line with company policies and procedures.
- Assess and investigate claims to determine validity and appropriate outcomes.
- Communicate with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve queries.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation and data entry of claims information.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex claims and deliver exceptional service.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and fraudulent activities.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and company guidelines.
- Previous experience in claims management or call centre roles within the insurance industry is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities with a compassionate and professional approach.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume call centre environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management systems.
- A customer-first mindset with a focus on providing positive client experiences.
