Job description

On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency in Geelong we are looking for an APS6 Senior Intranet Officer to support and manage the development and maintenance of our internal communications platform during a major redevelopment phase.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and publish intranet content in line with accessibility and plain English standards.
  • Advise and train internal teams on best practices for content and accessibility.
  • Report on intranet performance and manage service desk requests.
  • Oversee and support a team of APS5 intranet officers.
Key Skills:
  • SharePoint (Online/2013) experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Intranet management experience.
Desirable Skills:
  • Intranet redevelopment experience.
  • Jira knowledge.
  • Content writing, project management, and UX principles.
