- Multiple Federal Government opportunities in Parramatta and Surry Hills
- Initial 6-month contract with possible for extension
- $55.24 per hour + super
- 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
- Hybrid work arrangement
- Weekly pay
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring compliance with legislative frameworks and statutory requirements.
- Collaborating with stakeholders, including lawyers, case managers, and the Tribunal, to support agency goals.
- Preparing case summaries, drafting responses, and managing correspondence, complaints, and FOI requests.
- Handling administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Contributing to process and procedural improvements through feedback and suggestions.
- Paralegal or similar (law student / legal admin) background is highly desirable.
- Attention to detail.
- Computer literacy.
- The ability to produce work in a deadline driven environment.
- High organisational / administrative abilities
- A methodical and process-driven approach.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving approach.
