On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency, we are looking for a APS5 Co-design and Engagement Officer to join the team in Geelong. This is a 12 month assignment, working 37.5 hours per week.
This role is responsible for delivering key engagement and co-design activities, supporting the development of policies and practices that promote inclusion and social participation. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve experiences and outcomes for people with disability, their families, and carers.

- Liaise with mainstream services to enhance participant experience.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Collaborate with the team to engage people with disability and the community.
- Represent the organisation at external events.
- Deliver clear communication across various platforms.
- Manage shared inboxes and triage enquiries.
- Support event coordination, including planning and post-event evaluation.
- Previous experience in event coordination (virtual, in-person, hybrid)
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience with accessible documents and reports
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Previous Government or Procurement experience would be advantageous
