Job description

The Opportunity 

On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency, we are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to support data-driven decision making through analysis and reporting. In this role you will collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, identify trends, and support performance improvement. 

This is a 12 month assignment, based in Richmond, 37.5 hours per week. 

In this role you will; 
  • Analyse data using standard statistical techniques to identify insights and trends
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel, Salesforce Analytics, and SAS
  • Present findings clearly to stakeholders, aligning analysis with business needs
  • Design and implement data collection methods that improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Coordinate regular and ad hoc reporting requirements
  • Perform quality assurance checks and contribute to trend and outcomes analysis
  • Support the tracking of performance and continuous improvement initiatives

To be considered for this role you will demonstrate; 
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in Business Intelligence or Reporting 
  • Proficient in Excel with working knowledge of SAS, Salesforce and Office 365
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data 
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Previous experience in Government or Disability sectors would be advantageous
