APS4 Planner – Multiple Positions
On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency, we are looking for APS4 Planners to join the team in Canberra. This is a 12-month assignment, 37.5 hours per week, paying an hourly rate of $43.82 plus super.
This position involves providing operational and administrative support, applying established policies and procedures to achieve key outcomes. The role requires the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders and to make evidence-based decisions to support individuals in achieving their goals.

- Gather information from participants and planning partners to support decision-making.
- Apply policies and guidelines to make informed funding decisions.
- Collaborate with participants and stakeholders to identify and deliver necessary supports.
- Resolve issues and complete administrative tasks to achieve performance targets
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively and provide advice, gather information, and resolve issues.
- Critical thinking and the ability to resolve complex issues and complaints
- Attention to detail in decision-making, data entry, and administrative tasks while adhering to relevant policies and guidelines.
- Strong skills to prioritise tasks, manage competing demands, and meet performance targets and deadlines

- Applicants must hold Australian citizenship.
- Be willing to undergo an Australian Federal Police Check and completion of the Agency’s screening checks, including; Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check.
