On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency, we are looking for APS4 Planners to join the team in Richmond. This is a 12 month assignment, 37.5 hours per week, paying an hourly rate of $43.82 plus super.
This position involves providing operational and administrative support, applying established policies and procedures to achieve key outcomes. The role requires the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders and to make evidence-based decisions to support individuals in achieving their goals.

- Critical thinking and the ability to resolve complex issues and complaints
- Attention to detail in decision-making, data entry, and administrative tasks while adhering to relevant policies and guidelines.
- Strong skills to prioritise tasks, manage competing demands, and meet performance targets and deadlines
