Immediate Start – Administration Officer & Receptionist

Are you seeking a temporary role where you can showcase your organisational and communication skills? We are currently hiring an Administration Officer & Receptionist for a temporary position, offering an immediate start, working Monday to Friday.

About the Role: 
The Administration Officer & Receptionist role is a temporary full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8:15 AM to 4:15 PM, with an immediate start, concluding on April 4th, 2025. As the first point of contact, you will need to demonstrate professionalism, a friendly demeanour, independence, initiative, and maintain strict confidentiality while handling various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors and students with a professional and friendly approach.
  • Manage phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Handle scheduling, appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked, and office equipment is maintained.
  • Provide administrative support to staff and management as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other office software.
  • Ability to work independently, with initiative.
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and reliable work ethic.
Must Have or be able to get:
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Clear Police Check.
