Job Title: Accreditation Officer - Customer Service
Employment Type: 6-month Full Time Temporary Contract
Location: Recliffe, Western Australia
Pay Rate: $39.80 + (per hour) + Super

DFP Perth are seeking experienced Accreditation Officer to engage in a six-month contract with our State Government client-based in Redcliffe.

DFP Perth are seeking experienced Accreditation Officer to engage in a six-month contract with our State Government client-based in Redcliffe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate advice, information, and guidance to transport operators with regards to the WA Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme (WAHVAS) standards, practices, processes, and legislative requirements.
- Liaise with Heavy Vehicle Services customer and respond to enquiries.
- Enter audit details into RAVS for all types of audit.
- Monitor and issue 28 days letters to operators regarding the cancellation of accreditation.
- Assist in conducting of random or triggered audits.
- Provide advice and assistance to the Heavy Vehicle Services Helpdesk in attending and resolving customer enquiries.
- Accurately record customer/stakeholder details, issues, feedback, and complaints.
- Provide publications, brochures, forms, and other technical information to customers and offer accurate advice relating to content.
- Build and maintain professional and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholder by providing a responsive and accurate information service.
- Liaise with transport operators and government agencies on business related to WAHVA.

- Participate in and promote a culture of high ethical and professional standards with HVS.
- Represent Main Roads in a professional manner whilst attending external audits.
- Application of regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.

- Work organisation with the ability to meet work schedules and deadlines.
- Solid communication both Written and verbal.
