We are assisting our client in the construction and manufacturing industries, to source an experienced Accounts Administrator, to join their growing team for an immediate start.
Based in Wakerley, this is a permanent position and is being offered either full time or part time. Our client is willing to consider flexible hours, for the right candidate - Work 4 days per week or school hours!

About the role:
This role assists the Finance Manager to ensure financial reporting and supporting information is timely and accurate.
- Assist Finance Manager with completion of Management reporting including:
- providing support to accounts receivable and accounts payable with work overflow
- monthly reconciliations for financial reports
- journals
- Adhoc tasks as required by the Finance and Administration teams
- Accounts Payable and Receivable experience
- High level of computer literacy with proven aptitude to learn new information systems, products and processes.
- Experience with Pronto reporting software advantageous but not essential
- Financial Literacy and understanding of key business financial drivers
- Understanding of various critical business functions and work across multiple businesses
- Proactive, positive attitude and self-motivated
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pick up new systems and processes easily
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise and work to timetables
- Team attitude and a willingness to learn
