Student Acquisition Officer
  • Temporary fulltime position
  • ASAP start until 27th September (possibility for extension)

The Position
Based in Yallourn a temporary opportunity exists for a Student Acquisition Officer to join their team. The Student Acquisitions Officer acts as the first point of contact for the new course related enquiries and for supporting students through the application process.
 
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Handle and qualify incoming inquiries, ensuring appropriate follow-up actions
  • Address email inquiries with appropriate responses and actions
  • Identify the referral platform or campaign source
  • Contribute to initiatives for process improvements and efficiency
  • Perform general administrative tasks
  • Participate in student enrolment days
  • Manage back-office enrolment processing
  • Manage documents appropriately in CRM software
  • Provide general course advice, resolve queries, and refer or escalate inquiries as necessary
 
About You:
  • Experienced customer service officer
  • Demonstrates initiative and quickly grasps new information
  • Strong communicator with a professional and responsive approach
  • High attention to detail
  • Proven experience in administration and customer service
  • Collaborative team player
  • Preferably experienced with CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
