Job description

Job Title: SharePoint Designer
Employer: DFP Recruitment Client
Position Type: 3 month Casual Temporary Contract (Full Time or Part Time)
Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate + Super
Location: Nedlands, WA 6009
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define SharePoint requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement custom SharePoint solutions to enhance functionality and usability.
  • Customize SharePoint sites, workflows, and web parts to meet business needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SharePoint with other systems and tools.
  • Provide expertise in SharePoint best practices, architecture, and design principles.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
 
Essential to be successful in the role:
  • Proven experience as a SharePoint Designer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of SharePoint site design and customization.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and SharePoint Designer tools.
  • Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Automate, PowerApps, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, security, and governance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Provide training and resources to end-users and maintain clear documentation of SharePoint configurations and processes.
  • Current valid NPC or ability to obtain one
