DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our Federal Government Client team. We're looking for a Senior Automation and Virtualisation Specialist to join our Infrastructure Platforms team. In this role, you will manage and enhance the Department’s Aria Automation, NSX-T, and VMware vSphere environments, as well as our server infrastructure, both rack-mounted and blade servers.

- Manage and optimize Aria Automation, NSX-T, VMware vSphere environments, and server infrastructure (rack-mounted and blade servers).
- Develop and improve monitoring systems such as Aria Operations.
- Create detailed design, build, and operations documents for processes and procedures.
- Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to junior team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and propose automation solutions.
- Expertise in tools like Aria Automation, VMware NSX-T, and Site Recovery Manager.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, PowerCLI, or JavaScript.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to create detailed technical documentation.
