Looking for a change of scene. Our client, is currently seeking a dedicated Mental Health Clinician to join the team at Emerald on a contract basis until June 2026, with the potential for extension. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical assessments for young people.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Deliver evidence-based early/brief intervention therapy, including group interventions.
- Collaborate with clients and their families to create person-centred treatment plans.
- Facilitate review meetings to track progress and adjust care plans.
- Work closely with the community engagement team to represent headspace at events and promote services.
- Promote and adhere to youth-friendly practice principles.
- Conduct clinical assessments focusing on young people’s needs and develop appropriate care plans.
- Provide evidence-based early/brief intervention therapy and support to young people and their families.
- Develop individual treatment plans that are directed by the young person and are person-centred.
- Recognise the importance of family and friends in a young person’s life and incorporate this into practice.
- Approved tertiary level qualification in an allied health discipline (Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Nursing, Occupational Therapy).
- Registration or membership with AHPRA or AASW
- Full COVID vaccination.
- Blue Card.
- Yellow Card.
- Current Open Driver's Licence
- $106,728 per annum + super + salary sacrifice.
- Relocation assistance negotiable for the successful applicant.
