Membership Consultant (Melbourne, Hybrid | Short-Term Contract: 10 February – 30 April 2025)

About the Role
  • Process membership applications, cancellations, cover changes, and related items in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Adhere to service level agreements, compliance requirements, and the company’s customer promise.
  • Provide call centre support by addressing member inquiries and escalating complex cases as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Membership Team Leaders, Health Funds, and Contact Centre staff, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with operational processes, proactively identifying and recommending improvements.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in customer service and administrative tasks (desirable).
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to complex problem-solving.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A sound understanding of internal systems or similar environments.
  • Previous experience in Private Health Insurance (PHI) or claims processing (highly regarded).
